Adalbert of Prague, known in Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia by his birth name Vojtěch, was a Bohemian missionary and Christian saint. He was the Bishop of Prague and a missionary to the Hungarians, Poles, and Prussians, who was martyred in his efforts to convert the Baltic Prussians to Christianity.
Adalbert’s feast day is April 23.
Procopius of Sázava (died March 25, 1053) was a Bohemian canon and hermit, canonized as a saint of the Catholic church in 1204. After his canonization, he became greatly venerated throughout Bohemia, to the point of his being considered the national saint of the kingdom of Bohemia.
Procopius’ feast day is July 14.
