Does my purchase help religious and religious communities?
Yes. Your purchase directly supports religious life. Royalty payments are made to each artist for every art product sold at Trinity Stores. For instance, all sales of Br. Robert Lentz’s, OFM icons provide revenue for the Franciscans, all sales of artworks by Fr. Bob Gilroy, SJ provide revenue for the Jesuits, all sales of artworks by Br. Mickey McGrath, OSFS provide revenue for the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales, all sales of Br. Arturo Olivas, OFS provide revenue for the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal.
Is my transaction information secure?
Yes. Trinity Stores uses secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our customers. Does Trinity Stores share my address or other personal information?
No. Trinity Stores will not share information (mailing addresses, telephone and fax numbers, or e-mail addresses) about individual users with any third party, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process. Please see Security & Privacy for more information.
Does Trinity Stores accept PayPal?
Yes. Trinity Stores accepts Visa and MasterCard. In addition, Trinity Stores accepts PayPal payments which allow our customers to utilize a PayPal account and a variety of credit cards such as American Express and Discover. Trinity Stores also accepts checks and money orders. Orders purchased with checks will not be processed until the check clears the bank.
Can I order by phone or email?

Does Trinity Stores provide Gift Orders?
Yes. Trinity Stores ships gift orders with an enclosed Gift Card. Submit gift card text via the Order Comments Section of your online order form. No invoice is enclosed with gift orders.
Does Trinity Stores charge sales tax?
Yes and No. Trinity Stores is incorporated in Colorado and therefore Colorado residents pay sales tax on Trinity Stores purchases. Sales tax does not apply to any other customer locations.
Does Trinity Stores ship throughout the USA?
Yes. Orders within the continental USA are shipped via UPS and USPS. UPS does not ship to a PO Box thus a street address is required. Trinity Stores reserves the right to ship orders via an alternative shipping method, as is necessary. Please see Shipping Policy for more information.
Does Trinity Stores add Handling Charges to shipments within the USA?
No. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the shipping weight for each item. Via UPS regulations, the weights are added together and rounded up to the nearest pound. This amount is used to calculate the total shipping cost. Please see Shipping Policy for more information.
Does Trinity Stores ship to PO Boxes?
Yes. Trinity Stores usually ships to confirmed street addresses and UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is required, select USPS as your shipping option or contact us and we will let you know your shipping options. Please see Shipping Policy for more information.
Does Trinity Stores ship outside the USA?
Yes. Trinity Stores has numerous customers from around the world and we are more then happy to accommodate their needs. Our Trinity Stores shopping cart allows our International customers to choose their country and receive estimated and final shipping costs. Please see Shipping Policy for more information.
Does Trinity Stores guarantee my purchase?
Yes. Trinity Stores has a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. 30 day full refund or exchange is offered for any items that do not satisfy. Does not include custom products. Please see Return Policy for more information.
Can I visit Trinity Stores?
No. At present Trinity Stores does not include a “brick and mortar” retail store. Trinity Stores is currently an e-commerce business operating on the Internet with a warehouse, manufacturing, and fulfillment center in Colorado, USA.
Does Trinity Stores offer custom printing?
Yes. Trinity Stores is pleased to offer custom printing on a variety of our products. All Holy Card sizes offer the option for custom printing at no extra charge. Note Cards can be ordered with custom text on the inside and/or back of the cards. On an individual basis, Trinity Stores also offers custom text on our shirts and plaques and framed art and coffee-tea mugs. Please contact us with your individual requests for specific options and prices.
Does Trinity Stores offer discounts on products?
